A Topographical Survey was conducted to show all the features within the Survey Area/Extents.

Features shown included; building outlines, walls, kerbs, footways, changes of surface, services, manholes & inspection covers. Any Trees on the Site with a trunk diameter above 150mm, with trunk diameter, canopy size & approximate height.

All buildings were shown (nearest flank walls only) with levels to ridges & eaves, subject to lines of sight from Site & the public highway. Spot Levels were taken at 10m spacing & at changes of Gradient.
