Underground Utility Survey
 
Underground Utility Mapping was completed within the Survey Area/Extents. Survey Works were carried out using a combination of EML & GPR methods, with all utilities being physically marked on the ground with spray paint, and this information transferred onto the Topographical Survey and delivered as a final drawing in AutoCAD format. All Utilities located were compared to existing statutory record information for the Site where available.
 

Desktop Record Search

Desktop Search of the Statutory Record Drawings were collated for the Site. This included all Utility Companies’ owned infrastructure within the site area presented in a pack.

"All buildings would be shown (nearest flank walls only) with levels to ridges & eaves, subject to lines-of-sight from site & the public highway"

Coordinate System

All Levels & Coordinates would be related to the OS Network (RTK GNSS).

Delivery / Output Details

The completed Survey will be delivered as a digital version in 2D AutoCAD & PDF format.
